Shipping policy

MAK ATELIER canvas wall art is printed to order. We currently ship to eligible addresses in Australia and Canada.

Production time
Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Production can take longer during peak periods, for larger orders, or when a production partner experiences a stock or equipment delay.

Shipping methods and estimates
Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on the product, size, destination, production partner and carrier. Delivery estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Products may be produced or shipped separately, so an order containing multiple items can arrive in more than one package. Tracking information is emailed when each shipment is dispatched. Carrier scans can sometimes take several business days to update after shipment.

Shipping charges, taxes and duties
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are separate from product prices unless a promotion states otherwise. Applicable taxes and any other charges are displayed before payment. Cross-border shipments may be subject to duties or import charges imposed by the destination; where applicable, these remain the customer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Addresses and delivery issues
Please confirm the delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has begun, and the destination country cannot be changed after production starts.

If tracking stops updating, delivery is overdue, or the item arrives damaged, contact amgroups.shop@gmail.com with your order number. If delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or a parcel was not collected, reshipment may require an additional production and shipping charge.

Returns and cancellations
Please review our Return and refund policy before ordering. Made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind, wrong-size or wrong-colour returns. Confirmed manufacturing errors and damage reported within 30 days of delivery are handled under that policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
